My item arrived somewhat damaged. The corner was smooshed and there was a screw coming out the bottom drawer. Luckily the screw was loose so it was able to come out. The piece is beautiful except one of them has a crack at one of the drawers and the drawers don’t close all the way sometimes.. you need to reopen it and close it a few times to properly shut it all the way… for a $400 nightstand each, i’d expect a perfect piece. The fit and finish is top tier; there aren't any squeaks, rattles, panels of spec etc. The color in the pictures are very accurate, and the finish of the wood is smooth with no imperfections. These are beautiful and well-made nightstands. I appreciate that they are sturdy but docking one star because the drawers are a bit difficult to open and close. The face of the drawers is also much heavier than the rest making it difficult to put them in/out al the way to move and carry the unit.
