I understand where some other customers may have received a crushed box because it does arrive in a smaller box but that is the carrier not being careful. We purchased three of these laundry hampers—one in each color—and couldn’t be happier. We have them lined up against the wall in our hallway as our house doesn’t have large closets or a laundry room.
