This is actually a really nice desk. It took me a long time to decide to get it because the only review was bad and it is expensive, but when it went on sale I pulled the trigger because it fit what I needed exactly. It’s actually very well made, heavy and sturdy. The wood is beautiful and it is exactly the color I was expecting. It was fairly simple to put together, took my boyfriend and I about 45 minutes. The drawers are shallow, I don’t see being able to put much in them. Also the directions were wrong, they had one diagram backwards. We easily figured this out with a little common sense and corrected the leg positions.
