This was the worst item I have ever received from ANY company. What I thought would be wood was particle board. 3 of us couldn't prevent it from splintering and the best thing we did was throw the whole thing away since you would not accept a return. Bad business!!!

Came in with broken side and the pieces holding the trays for each level is not that sturdy. Perhaps we placed too much shoes in it. Not so sure. The bottom one of ours broke easily and we had to reinforce it with nails. Otherwise, a reasonably okay piece of furniture.

I still haven’t been able to understand the instructions and assemble this contraption. Maybe it’s me but I’ve managed to put together numerous items and believe my level of skill would have been able to put this together. It hasn’t been worth the trouble (just 18 pair of shoes) for this girl of many shoes to put together . . . meh!!
