This is a large, beautiful, solid, and *heavy* walnut dresser. We had an issue with our original order (defect and the delivery team dropped it in front of me...), but the second time around was much better. The dresser itself needs to air out for a few days before you put anything in the drawers, but that's to be expected with almost all furniture now (shipping, finishes, etc.). This is the nicest piece of furniture i’ve ever owned. Extremely well made. Arrived fully assembled and the delivery person placed it inside my room. This piece is 227lbs so I advise to get it delivered into the desired long term placement. The inside of the top 3 drawers has a velvet lined mat. The drawers slide in and out effortlessly.
