If you have pets I would not recommend one of the darker colors because you can see any tiny spec and especially hair. This likely is less visible with the warmer tone rugs.. Nice runner. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the occasional dark thread that didn't belong in the ivory rug. They looked like dirt spots. I was able to remove 8 of them but 6 of these dark threads are fighting removal and I think will have to stay in the runner.
