Background check. Power-loomed from cotton, this area rug showcases an on-trend checkerboard pattern in a punchy red + rust palette. Its durable flatweave style makes it ideal for rolling out in high-traffic spaces – just pair it with a rug pad to prevent shifting.
This rug was not the “safe” neutral I initially thought I should get but I saw it and loved it and just got it. And I’m soooooo glad I did. This took my space from feeling nice but safe to wow and curated and designed. I love this rug!. Damon. New York, NY. Mon May 25 2026
