The burnt orange color is so lovely and the slight southwest/geometric detail around the edges is interesting, not too much. Lots of people complain about the rug's shedding challenges, but HELLO, the rug is 100% wool! It sheds, peeps! Duh! If you want wool--and I DO want the natural fiber--shed happens! I use my beater mode on my vacuum to help lift the shed, and gradually there is less and less shed. The rug is holding up beautifully--it feels lush and cushy underfoot, the grands love doing yoga on it, or reading or wrestling around. It looks lush in our living room (and we have a runner too in our entryway). Additionally, we have the Blue Danette in our bedrooms and dining room. Love this rug, looks more expensive than it was. It needs to relax a bit after being rolled tight for shipping, but after 10 minutes it’s laying flat. Slight smell but that is to be expected.
