Our rug arrived one day earlier than the fast shipping quoted! It took less than three days to arrive! Once unwrapped there was a little chemical odor that was taken care of with an air purifier and open windows for a couple hours. The pad may have been the item that off gassed more than the rug. I really like this rug and I felt the price point matched the quality of the rug. It's not the plushest rug but it is soft and the design/color is exactly as pictured.
