Shipping and delivery were on time and without any issues. The rug is beautiful, very well made, thick and soft under foot. The overall color is a Creamy White as I was expecting, however there is very little contrast between the Creamy Pet Yarn and the brownish Jute as shown in all of the Marketing pictures of the rug. The Rug’s weaving is very textural, however because there is so little contrast between the two yarns , some of that gets lost visually. But the rug, which is in the Dining area of my open concept living space, compliments the rug in seating area. The two rugs share similar colors but the seating area rug has a bold contemporary pattern . Long story short, it is a successfully pairing between the two as I was anticipating, and I am completely happy and satisfied with this purchase. I only have One other comment pertaining to the packaging and some difficult I had installing it. The rug was rlolledand very well pack aged. But when I sent to roll it out in the Room realized it was roller with the yarn side that would be seem when it was properly unrolled was face down on the floor. So I had to re-roll it so that the yarn side widget be seem when it was unrolled the second time.
