Drawing on globally inspired textile motifs, this area rug showcases a repeating medallion pattern framed by angular geometric borders in rich tones of red, pink, yellow, and black. It’s power-loomed from stain-resistant polypropylene, and its low pile height makes it ideal for busy areas both indoors + out.
I love the color and pattern of this rug. It looks much more luxe vibrant in person. The only gripe I have, and I really can’t complain given the price of this rug, is that it’s very very very thin and flimsy. Bc of the way it’s constructed, the backing feels hard to the touch and stiff. The rug pile is very low so that plus the texture of the backing hard like a stale tostada. To soften things, use a plush rug pad. This would look great as hall runners, living or bedroom. Actually any room if this is your style. I’m pleased but I also got this on sale for my son’s bedroom. I might feel differently if I paid full price. I also got a small doormat sized one for our kitchen sliding door. Looks great there too. If they could remedy the stiffness to this, I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for that. Another bonus is the tone is quite bright and fresh. Not at all a deep burgundy or deep red.. Karen. Ghostly geometry. This area rug’s illusory diamond motif is shaped by the beige space between triangular borders, which themselves dissolve into a series of slender black stripes. It’s power-loomed from durable synthetic fibers, with a lush shag pile + fringed edges for tangible texture underfoot.
This is great value for the price. It is a nice creamy off white and charcoal color. The charcoal is NOT blue or purple undertone. It looks great next to my dark brown couch and cream chairs. The shag is not too high. And the tassels are my favourite part. It looks like it has a bold pattern but it’s a bit more subtle in real since the grey lines are not solid lines. Pink was a bit of a bold choice. Our new house has a lot of cool tones (greys and black) so thought a pink hue would warm the space. We are still not 100 sold on it. It’s a lot brighter of a pink than the pictures, which makes it seem like it’s a more peachy, neutral pink. We may need some time to adjust our eyes. But otherwise, it’s nice quality especially for the price, feels soft on our floors, and no need for a rug pad. I would give it rather 4.5 stars if I could.. Bobo.
