Really pleased with the color and visibility of the pattern in monotone. I was worried it would be darker or more brown but it is a true mustard. Nice thickness and weight makes it comfortable and allows it to unpack and lie flat easily. Have noticed quite a bit of shedding but that seems to be normal in the beginning for these wool rugs. I love this rug. It's the perfect color for my room, it's thick and plush, very high end feeling. It's the second of these I purchased. The rug is very thick and looks high quality. This pic is immediately after unrolling it so I have a heavy cutting board on the edge to help flatten the edge. After a few days it lays perfectly flat. My husband even made the comment that it was a nice rug. My dog got some mud on it and I had to spot clean it. Like the other reviews said... it does shed. Besides that I love the modern look!!. We ordered this rug to go underneath our kitchen table. It has a great mid-century modern design which works perfectly with our style as well as our gray/blue color scheme in the house. The rug itself works perfectly for what we wanted - we wanted a nice looking rug to go under the table to avoid scratching the floors, but did not want to spend an arm and a leg on a rug. I would highly recommend this rug as well as other items on the AllModern site.
