It is beautiful but a bit on the lighter side, would definitely pair with a rug pad the exact size to avoid it being a slipping hazard, or secure the edges and corners with rug tap if you don't have a rug pad.. Looks even better in person. This area rug is well made, great quality. I was concerned it was going to be too grey…absolutely not. I love the color. Goes extremely well in my black and white room. Packaged well and was easy to unwrap. My only disappointment is the buckling of the rug. I guess this is because the rug was rolled tightly for awhile. Other than that, this is a great area rug..
