Our rug arrived one day earlier than the fast shipping quoted! It took less than three days to arrive! Once unwrapped there was a little chemical odor that was taken care of with an air purifier and open windows for a couple hours. The pad may have been the item that off gassed more than the rug. Another reviewer said that it is more yellow than ivory and it’s not. This rug is a classic ivory tone with a warm neutral grey with a dusty cornflower blue and warm light pink tone.
