Really soft, happy with the color.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

The colors are slightly less bright in person than in the photos - the cherry red accents are a little more burnt-orange, and the white/beige is a little more cream/tan. The brown and green colors are subtler than in the photos. It's a beautifully made rug, the wool is cozy and warm and feels great underfoot. We're happy with it! Note that our cat also loves it and immediately took to stretching and scratching on the rug - the loops easily pull out and look terrible from cat scratches, and you have to trim them (DON'T PULL THEM!) so it's a bit of work while training her, but I think it'll be worthwhile. We are using a "no-scratch" spray on the rug to train her not to scratch it, and so far it seems to be working. If you have a cat and don't want to deal with training or trimming scratch spots, I'd recommend against the loop-style rug.. Serena. Portland, OR. Mon Oct 05 2026

The Barrow Collection by Jeremiah Brent x Loloi is a hand-tufted area rug with a bold linear design inspired by modern art and classical architecture. The rug’s pile is a blend of wool and jute for a stable, substantial feel that can ground living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and more. This collection is made in India and Goodweave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers’ communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

I echo a lot of the other reviews: A nice, dense pile and the color can look olive or brown under different lighting. The streaks in the olive parts are a little more pronounced than expected but it doesn't detract from the overall look. The room shots in my review are more color-accurate than those with nothing but the rug—my camera auto-adjusted.. Alexander. Miami Beach, FL. Tue Jun 09 2026

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rug—looks awesome in our hallway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got this rug for the hallway between our guest rooms, and it’s been a great addition. The color is a bit darker in person than it looked online, but honestly, that works in its favor—it has a really rich, modern look that goes great with our floors. The texture and pile height are exactly what we were hoping for—plush enough to feel nice underfoot but not so thick that it’s in the way. The quality feels solid, and it lays flat right out of the packaging. One important tip: You absolutely need a skid-proof rug pad if you’re putting this on wood floors. Without one, it will slide around. Given the pile height, I’d recommend a low-profile rug pad to avoid any clearance issues if you’re placing it in a hallway with doors that swing over it. One thing to note: it does show lint and dust pretty easily, but that’s just the tradeoff with a darker rug. A quick vacuum keeps it looking sharp. Overall, we’re really happy with it. It makes the hallway feel more put-together and adds some nice depth to the space. Would definitely buy again!. Matt. Boston, MA. Wed Feb 12 2025

Absolutely perfect. Excellent size well packaged. I was able to move it and unload it and unroll it all by myself, and it was very well made and very heavy. It’s flattening out nicely. It has no weird smell. Yes it’s shedding but it’s supposed to for one year it’s wool and well made. The price point was unbeatable. This size rug usually sells for a lot more. I am a particular fan of this brand. I have quite a few of their other rugs, so I knew that I was going to get quality. Very pleased don’t be discouraged because it sheds it only sheds when you’re sweeping. Do be aware if you have kids and you want to get down on the floor with them it is wool. It’s not soft, fluffy.. Nice runner. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the occasional dark thread that didn't belong in the ivory rug. They looked like dirt spots. I was able to remove 8 of them but 6 of these dark threads are fighting removal and I think will have to stay in the runner. I’ve only had the rug for 5 days and so far I’m in love . It vacuums easy but as wool does sheds a bit, not crazy. My previous wool rug did the same and it’s not any worse than dog hair so doesn’t phase me. It warms and brightens the room, adds lovely texture and it’s so soft I don’t want to wear socks.
