Medium Pile Mid-Century Modern 5' x 8' Rugs

Rectangle 6' x 9'

The colors are slightly less bright in person than in the photos - the cherry red accents are a little more burnt-orange, and the white/beige is a little more cream/tan. The brown and green colors are subtler than in the photos. It's a beautifully made rug, the wool is cozy and warm and feels great underfoot. We're happy with it! Note that our cat also loves it and immediately took to stretching and scratching on the rug - the loops easily pull out and look terrible from cat scratches, and you have to trim them (DON'T PULL THEM!) so it's a bit of work while training her, but I think it'll be worthwhile. We are using a "no-scratch" spray on the rug to train her not to scratch it, and so far it seems to be working. If you have a cat and don't want to deal with training or trimming scratch spots, I'd recommend against the loop-style rug.. Serena. Portland, OR. Mon Oct 05 2026

Roll out the organic pattern. This area rug showcases an artfully imperfect central medallion + geometric borders that draw on Southwestern textile motifs, in warm desert-like hues. It’s hand-tufted from wool, with a medium pile height that delivers the right mix of cushion and durability.

I love the look and feel of this rug and it is well worth the price but it does have flaws when it comes to the print with missing colors, outlines, and not squared corners. Another reviewer said that it is more yellow than ivory and it’s not. This rug is a classic ivory tone with a warm neutral grey with a dusty cornflower blue and warm light pink tone. I was anticipating a lot more shedding considering that the rug is wool but I only need to vacuum it on my weekly schedule and rarely find fibers between vacuumings.. Shannon. Berwyn, IL. Diamonds, crosses, medallions and stars form repeating stripes and intricate line work while tassels at the top and bottom of the rug accentuate the exotic vibe of the collection with a fun, fringed border. This rug is beautiful and soft. I like that it’s not pure white it’s sort of a mix of cream and light greys with the black. It’s light but seems like it will hide any stains ok haha. The tassels are a bit longer than I thought but they look nice. I like it even more in person that the pictures. I looked at other rugs in this price range and they were synthetic or the colors looked cheap. This rug is wool and the colors look classy. I appreciate whoever crafted this rug, it is beautiful and well made. It also “transitions” well from the middle eastern styled rug in the hallway which was also a factor for me.
