First of all, I love this rug! I have already gotten so many compliments on it. It's so unique and bold! However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have pets. The white parts get dirty very easily, regardless of how clean you are. Also, this rug is an absolute lint magnet AND sheds a ton when vacuuming (?).. the pics I attached are of my vacuum that was emptied prior to vacuuming it just once AND I had just vacuumed it the day before. You have to vacuum it a lot if you want it to stay looking nice.
