This rug is not only beautiful but is sturdy and quite comfortable underfoot with the recommended rug pad. After unrolling it and placement, it was lying flat by the next day. It has the look of kind of an open weft and weave but it is in fact durable… much to my surprise when my kitties had to try their claws out on it (of course cuz it’s new) not a yarn was pulled up on it! This rug is really beautiful and has a lovely greige color thats very neutral, making it easy to match with various decor styles. Its thick and laid flat right away without any issues. Ive had it for a few weeks now, and while I really like it, it’s still shedding quite a bit.
