I received the Ninette Shag rug and love the color - almost exact to what is listed on the website. I let it sit rolled for 48 hours as instructed but it's still a little lumpy - I'm sure it will lay flat eventually. I'm happy with the quality, the color, and the delivery.. Catherine. Denver, CO.
