This rug is very soft and high quality. It makes our living room pop. The only thing I don’t like is that it sheds pretty bad. We’ve had it out for ~3 weeks and it needs vacuumed every 3 days and fills our vacuum up twice before it’s done. Hopefully the shedding is less over time. For now the vacuuming is worth it. I am a particular fan of this brand. I have quite a few of their other rugs, so I knew that I was going to get quality. I really think this is an excellent rug! The dark striations standout far more in reality than the photo and it does have a bit of disorienting effect if you stare at it long enough.
