A variety of sizes are available. And even with a cotton backing, we think rolling it out over a rug pad is a smart idea to keep everything more firmly in place. This natural variance is a testament to genuine craftsmanship and ensures every piece is distinct.

Nice 100% wool rug for the price. Does not shed as much as some reviewers mentioned. Pattern good for hiding potential spills. Not too thick, rug pad should make it a bit softer, although it seems to be staying in place on hardwood floors without.. Michele. San Francisco, CA. Sun Jul 26 2026

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rug—looks awesome in our hallway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got this rug for the hallway between our guest rooms, and it’s been a great addition. The color is a bit darker in person than it looked online, but honestly, that works in its favor—it has a really rich, modern look that goes great with our floors. The texture and pile height are exactly what we were hoping for—plush enough to feel nice underfoot but not so thick that it’s in the way. The quality feels solid, and it lays flat right out of the packaging. One important tip: You absolutely need a skid-proof rug pad if you’re putting this on wood floors. Without one, it will slide around. Given the pile height, I’d recommend a low-profile rug pad to avoid any clearance issues if you’re placing it in a hallway with doors that swing over it. One thing to note: it does show lint and dust pretty easily, but that’s just the tradeoff with a darker rug. A quick vacuum keeps it looking sharp. Overall, we’re really happy with it. It makes the hallway feel more put-together and adds some nice depth to the space. Would definitely buy again!. Matt. Boston, MA. Wed Feb 12 2025

This rug was a great purchase as a runner for a high traffic hallway in our home-- the rug is soft underfoot while also durable.
