Our rug arrived one day earlier than the fast shipping quoted! It took less than three days to arrive! Once unwrapped there was a little chemical odor that was taken care of with an air purifier and open windows for a couple hours. The pad may have been the item that off gassed more than the rug. Looks good but not a comfy/cozy kind of rug. Instead it's on the durable end (I hope!).
