The only problem is the color is nowhere close to the picture on the website. Instead of being brown, it has a reddish hue. This beautiful Ouzo Hand Tufted Wool Nina Rug arrived yesterday and I am totally satisfied. The color, as many have said leans more toward deep brown rather than charcoal but gives you that charcoal feeling and is still very neutral - looks exactly like online photos. It was packaged extremely well and in perfect condition. The edges laid flat almost immediately. It is nice and heavy and after walking on it for over a full day so far, it has not shifted or moved on my hardwood floors, even without a rug pad, which was very important to me. I purchased the 8' runner size. My style is contemporary, however I feel this pattern would be suited to many styles. If you're on the fence regarding quality, you have no need to worry. I am a particular fan of this brand. I have quite a few of their other rugs, so I knew that I was going to get quality. Oval 4' x 6'

The rug is unique and soft, the edges are a bit shiny and the center is more of warm cream color, give it interesting contrast. It's also pretty soft, not incredibly thick, but enough that I'd be able to sit on the rug comfortably. So many rugs now are very thin, and we wanted something that both felt nice to walk on but was thick enough to sit on as well. The one thing to look out for is that the size is not truly 5' x 8', my guess is due to the oval shape the sizing they gave was just an approximation off a standard rectangular rug. I really think this is an excellent rug! The dark striations standout far more in reality than the photo and it does have a bit of disorienting effect if you stare at it long enough. But its charming, great weight, it laid down flat within a day. You can actually tell that it was a well made and crafted with intention. Way under priced in my opinion...don't debate; just buy it.
