We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

The handwoven flat weave area rug by AllModern was exactly as expected. It grounded and defined my living area and made it feel cozy and more like “Home”. The deep and earthy texture of the rug against the soft and rich velvety texture of my lounge chair is absolutely perfect. It feels so good to walk on. I love it and would recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rug—looks awesome in our hallway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got this rug for the hallway between our guest rooms, and it’s been a great addition. The color is a bit darker in person than it looked online, but honestly, that works in its favor—it has a really rich, modern look that goes great with our floors. The texture and pile height are exactly what we were hoping for—plush enough to feel nice underfoot but not so thick that it’s in the way. The quality feels solid, and it lays flat right out of the packaging. One important tip: You absolutely need a skid-proof rug pad if you’re putting this on wood floors. Without one, it will slide around. Given the pile height, I’d recommend a low-profile rug pad to avoid any clearance issues if you’re placing it in a hallway with doors that swing over it. One thing to note: it does show lint and dust pretty easily, but that’s just the tradeoff with a darker rug. A quick vacuum keeps it looking sharp. Overall, we’re really happy with it. It makes the hallway feel more put-together and adds some nice depth to the space. Would definitely buy again!. Matt. Boston, MA. Wed Feb 12 2025

Subtle in texture and color, this indoor/indoor outdoor rug is a natural for almost any room of your home. Durable and easy to clean, it will maintain its good looks for years to come.

This rug was a great purchase as a runner for a high traffic hallway in our home-- the rug is soft underfoot while also durable. It looks expensive-- I would definitely buy additional rugs from this brand in the future. Definitely get a mat for underneath as it does slip and slide.. Katherine. Stamford, CT. Sun May 24 2026

This area rug has an organic look and feel that creates a foundation for your coastal-themed space. We love that this area rug has a higher pile height of 0.75'', which adds dimension to your floors while providing a cushion. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad to help keep it in place underfoot.

Perfect! It really opens up the space and makes my living room appear bigger than it is! There are some imperfections (unnoticeable really) and some loose thread but it is really ok.
