This rug is gorgeous and was the perfect accent to bring this room together. The green is muted and not jarring at all - it’s soft and elegant. My Dyson runs on it with a little more effort than usual, but does not shut down like it does on true shag rugs. No shedding, no offgassing, no loose threads. I love the color and pattern of this rug. It looks much more luxe vibrant in person. The only gripe I have, and I really can’t complain given the price of this rug, is that it’s very very very thin and flimsy. Bc of the way it’s constructed, the backing feels hard to the touch and stiff. The rug pile is very low so that plus the texture of the backing hard like a stale tostada. To soften things, use a plush rug pad. This would look great as hall runners, living or bedroom. Actually any room if this is your style. I’m pleased but I also got this on sale for my son’s bedroom. I might feel differently if I paid full price. I also got a small doormat sized one for our kitchen sliding door. Looks great there too.
