Great quality rug. Doesnt shed, high comfortable pile, but our robot vacuum has no problem with it. I used it in our living room for a few years and just recently moved it to under our dining room table. so the picture here is after having it for a few year of heavy use.. Ashley. Phoenix, AZ. Hand-woven with a plush texture, this rug brings enduring comfort home. Experience the natural resilience and softness of wool, perfect for adding warmth and style to your living spaces.

The rug was exactly as described except it had a flaw in the weave. Unfortunate, because the quality is very good and "in person" the rich warm autumn colors are beautiful. I phoned customer service and described the problem. They offered 3 solutions. If the flaw was tolerable I could have a discount (approx 25%). Or, they would issue a full refund. Or, they would replace the rug. I chose replacement and three days later Fedex picked up the first rug and delivered the replacement the same day - at no cost to me. It's flawless. Only giving it 4 stars because of the issue and slight delay. However, with customer service's follow-up, I should probably give them a 5.. Robert. Raleigh, NC. Sat Oct 24 2026

Perfect! It really opens up the space and makes my living room appear bigger than it is! There are some imperfections (unnoticeable really) and some loose thread but it is really ok. My husband had no idea what I was talking about, so I am sure no one will notice it. ). Jy. Los Angeles, CA. Sat Aug 22 2020
