This rug is beautiful! It’s exactly what we expected based on the photos, and the feel is soft and fairly plush. Our only concern so far is that we still haven’t gotten it to completely flatten out. Although we’ve placed heavy furniture on it and attempted to work out the lumps, it still looks a little wavy. I am not deducting stars because it’s only been a week and a half, so I’m very hopeful this will solve itself.. Melissa. Winston-salem, NC. Tue Aug 11 2026

Like the rug a lot but it seems to be shedding quite a bit more than I expected. It is in the kitchen a high traffic area. Colors are more muted and mustard background is subtle. Feels like good quality .. Patti. Hartford, WI. Tue Aug 11 2026

This rug is not only beautiful but is sturdy and quite comfortable underfoot with the recommended rug pad. After unrolling it and placement, it was lying flat by the next day. It has the look of kind of an open weft and weave but it is in fact durable… much to my surprise when my kitties had to try their claws out on it (of course cuz it’s new) not a yarn was pulled up on it! I'm quite pleased with this rug. It does effortlessly enhances the aesthetic of my living room while tying cohesively well with my other various decor styles. Crafted from a blend of traditional wool and jute backing, it does offer a soft touch while maintaining durability - holds up pretty well in high traffic area. What I particularly love is the timeless earthy tones. It complements well with any modern decor. While shedding is common with handmade wool rugs, I find that it does lessen over time. Admittedly, there are some initial lint that tended to get on clothes, but regular vacuuming (frequent in the beginning) at a low setting helps alleviate this issue. Overall, I highly recommend..
