This rug is very soft and high quality. It makes our living room pop. The only thing I don’t like is that it sheds pretty bad. We’ve had it out for ~3 weeks and it needs vacuumed every 3 days and fills our vacuum up twice before it’s done. Hopefully the shedding is less over time. For now the vacuuming is worth it. The rug is exactly as advertised. The yellow is slightly less golden than it appears in the product page, but it matches the review photos, so I knew what I was getting. The quality and texture is exactly as expected and I'm very happy with that. What I'm less than thrilled with is the fact that it came stinking to high heaven. It must have been stored in a warehouse that was positively filled to the brim with cigarette smoke with a healthy dose of diesel exhaust. It'll take some washing and airing out to get rid of it, and even then I don't know how long it'll take. It's stunk up the whole room and into the hallway. I probably would have changed my mind and put it outside on the line to get a better chance of airing out, except I worked my tail off to get it under my very heavy bed frame with an unwieldy mattress, so it's there until I move or die. When I unwrapped it- it was well wrapped- it turned out to not be a white as I thought it would be- not as high contrast as it looks in pictures. I bought the Athena Wool copper rug. The rug was packaged well and shipped quickly. It's very high quality and feels great under my feet. The only problem is the color is nowhere close to the picture on the website. Instead of being brown, it has a reddish hue. As much as I like the rug, it doesn't match or compliment anything in my living room. I'll probably end up giving it to a friend and buying something else. My loss.. Craig. Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
