Santiago Handmade Wool Charcoal Rug

The rug looks as advertised, but sheds like CRAZY. I’m constantly vacuuming the rug and my entire apartment because of this. Huge head ache and poor quality.

Shedding does not accurately describe what this rug does. It disintegrates. We have had this rug under a table for about a month. The fibers are everywhere, and every time we vacuum it the fibers clog the filter on the vacuum. Really poor quality product and disappointing.

This rug is a GIANT headache. The fibers are loose and kept clogging the vacuum. The fibers easily reach the baseboards so you can imagine the nightmare.

The rug was well represented in the pictures and description on the ALLModern website. My disappointment with the rug is that within only a few days of gentle foot traffic without shoes, some of the fibers are starting to come loose and need to be cut off. Otherwise, it is a very nice looking rug and comfortable to walk on.

Beautiful, and as pictured. It is huge to go under a gorgeous leather sofa. The generous thickness suits me and is what I expected. I am a tiny bit worried about a couple of previous reviews which note small 1' sections pulling right out. I purchased insurance just in case but the fine print does not cover this sort of damage on a rug. What gives?
