It is very thick and you can tell it is very well made. It is soft on your feet, whether you are wearing socks or just the bare feet, and when you sit and touch with your hands it is still soft to the touch, I wish it was just slightly softer, that is the only reason for a less than perfect score. Happy with the rug! Thank you

The rug frays when vacuumed nearly filling the canister each time. It pills and looks bad very quickly. We’re worried after a few vaccuumings, it’ll be bald.

Sheds. Type of material picks up and holds debris. Vacuum/sweep is difficult to pick up the debris because the material holds tue dries well. But stunning color and heavy material. Good quality

I am very disappointed and annoyed. The description on the item says it is BLUE and shows a turquoise color, that is what I wanted and need in my home. What delivered is GREEN - close to a PINE GREEN. The return authorization was approved but there was a $25 charge for return freight deducted from my refund. I should not be charged to a return a product that as not at all what was described.
