Came wet! Drops of water on the inside of the plastic wrap. Immediately asked to return and was granted/ picked up and refunded. Excellent customer service. I also felt that it was very flimsy. I never fully unwrapped it but I could see that the construction was loose and would not have been good in the area I was hoping to put the rug.

This rug is gorgeous. I love all the rich tones. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was that the rug is like a giant blanket. It does not have a backing that gives it structure, it’s very floppy and stretchy. I guess we’ll see if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

I have always been apprehensive when it comes to Jute rugs as they can tend to fall apart easy w enough foot/pet traffic. This carpet is so beautifully woven with soft materials in between jute lining and it looks really elevated. I love it and so far has been a beautiful addition.
