This rug is exactly as pictured. It is cotton. The white is more of a cream color, but it is just what I wanted for the room. It does need a rug pad under it to make it softer underfoot and to avoid slipping, especially on a tile floor. Great purchase with many sizes available.

Color is more of a beige. The rug does not lay completely flat and gets dirty very easily. Loved at first but I don’t think the runner will hold up in high traffic areas unfortunately.
