Karastan is a name I'm familiar with. I have had one in my living roomfor over 20 years with no problems. The Karastan rug that I recently purchased from you looked good at first, but after just a week it has shown signs of serious wool pilling; something my old Karastan rug has never done. I am concerned that I may have wasted $800 on an inferior product.
