Pleased with quality and value. Looks great in my room.

Very disappointing experience. I received the first runner with rust colored stains and they promptly sent a replacement runner (I have to return the first one within 30 days). However, the 2nd runner had the same stains and their crystal pack (to prevent dampness) was laying directly on the stains. When I chatted with CS, they wanted to send a 3rd one without any quality control on their end-would not have anyone there open to check for stains. The time alone to negotiate and reseal the rug in the original packaging and haul to a FedEx location wastes quite a bit of my day. (They offered a $30 refund to keep the stained rug‍♀️) Don’t order this rug unless you have time to waste.

Rugs are beautiful…just like the pictures, and even more interesting in person with the varying levels of cut pile and woven fibers…they are the perfect pop of color and modernity, flanking each side of our platform bed here in the California Desert

A well-made rug which is marketed wrong, describing a geometric shape as gold when it leans more toward green or chartreuse. I returned it.

This was the perfect rug for our second home in Alaska. I purchased it from my home in Ohio and when I got to Alaska when it was delivered I was thrilled at how well it complimented the room. It brought the whole room together. I’ll try to add a picture next time in Alaska and you’ll see how gorgeous it looks.

This rug is perfect! Colors are crisp and vibrant.

It is as beautiful as I expected. The shade of yellow has a bit more green than I expected, but it is within the range of acceptability and not a problem. Its quality is very high, and the size is perfect. I look forward to enjoying it in my living room for many years to come.
