Very disappointing experience. I received the first runner with rust colored stains and they promptly sent a replacement runner (I have to return the first one within 30 days). However, the 2nd runner had the same stains and their crystal pack (to prevent dampness) was laying directly on the stains. When I chatted with CS, they wanted to send a 3rd one without any quality control on their end-would not have anyone there open to check for stains. The time alone to negotiate and reseal the rug in the original packaging and haul to a FedEx location wastes quite a bit of my day. (They offered a $30 refund to keep the stained rug‍♀️) Don’t order this rug unless you have time to waste.
