Quillan Beige Rug

The rug is nice enough, however, as several others have pointed out, there are no tassels. Via chat, customer service insisted "it doesn't have tassels except on picture" and "the item received is correct. They dont make it with tassels." To return the rug, I would have to pay a return shipping fee. "I understand why you feel that way about being charged a return fee. However, you did receive the correct item so if you dont want to keep it, there would be a return shipping fee deducted." I intend to keep the rug because I like it well enough without the tassels, but the lack of accountability from AllModern/Wayfair is very disappointing. Buyer beware.

Great runner. Super soft under foot. Exactly what I was looking for! Bought a rug pad to keep in place.

Edit 9/30/25 - still love it! Great style. I love its low contrast look on top of my beige/white "sandstone" tile flooring and the soft, fluffy feel under foot. Hope my dogs don't destroy it!

As pictured, very soft and cozy. I thought was going to have tassels but that may be with the smaller sizes. Mine is 9 by 12.
