Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and soft texture of this product, with many finding the neutral colors to be perfect for their spaces. The quality is frequently praised, with reviewers noting it feels substantial and well-made. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, particularly in high-traffic areas, with reports of pilling, matting, and pulled threads.
