Really happy with our custom length runner, good quality with thick pile. That said, there are a couple spots where there was a mild defect --gunky residue on the surface I was able to cut off and a hard lump within the rug, at the base of the pile. Great quality rug. Doesnt shed, high comfortable pile, but our robot vacuum has no problem with it.
