DO NOT BUY THIS.... I’ve never had a worse experience with a retailer. I paid $640 for a beautiful rug that started shedding like crazy within minutes and didn't stop up to the point where you can see patches where the fivers are just not as thick, lost color and thickness, every time I clean it or even sit on my couch with shoes on, you get fivers all over the place. I returned it, went through the hassle of moving furniture, packing a huge rug, scheduling a pickup only to get a replacement that shed just as badly. When I asked for a refund without having to return the second defective rug, I was stonewalled. Their chat agents (Rashheed, Rashej, Rashawn... you get the kind of service, right?) just copy-pasted the same canned replies even after I explained everything multiple times. This isn’t about policy, it’s about two defective products and a company that refuses to take responsibility. I’ll never buy from AllModern/wayfair again. Save your time, money, and sanity, shop elsewhere.

It feels really nice but the shape of the design is not as represented, nor is the color. Images on the site are very very misleading. The rug is soft and plush and hasn’t held onto pet hair too much, which is a pleasant surprise. The color is not a rich blue as shown, but a darker, muted, turquoise almost. Overall I won’t buy another rug online from them.
