This is not the rug in the image or the description. It is a loose weave of "natural fibers" ? which is like loose grasses. No wool, and definitely is not an item you could ever use to have any traffic on. Now, I have to pay to return this and the rug pad because their description is completely inacurate. This is not the first time this website descriptions are more than misleading. They are completely wrong. I should not have to incur shipping costs because this website falsely describes their items. There is no phone number to discuss issues of this nature. This rug would fall apart the minute you walked on it.

Nice rug but if it gets stained, it will require professional dry cleaning. This rug is at my door for people to place their shoes so I hope nothing stains it.
