Beautiful rug, but not practical as it SHEDS LIKE CRAZY. Even after many rounds of vacuuming, this rug continues to SHED LIKE CRAZY. Wouldn’t be a big deal if design was not with contrasting colors. The black part perpetually has white shedded pieces on it. Photo is just a few hours after vacuuming. Beautiful to look at, but do not recommend at all.

I am very happy with the rugs. I purchased two 3x5 rugs and placed them together. They look fantastic! Thank you for the speedy replacement.

This rug was well packaged and arrived intact and clean. However, it was folded! As a result, we have wrinkles and creases that we would NOT have, had it been rolled like every other rug I’ve ever purchased in my whole life. These creases and wrinkles may work themselves out over time but seriously…it looks terrible out of the box. Apart from the wrinkles and creases, it seems to be a pretty good rug - construction seems good, the ivory color is not too creamy, and I like the nubby texture of the ivory as compared to the more plush texture of the black. Those crease though….seriously.

Love this look! Brings the whole house together right as you walk in the front door. The only downside is the black fibers from the rug shed like small dog hairs. I continue to vacuum often. Maybe one day it will stop!
