Danette Hand Loomed Wool Rug

This is a lovely area rug. I love the colors. I love the way it looks. the only problem is it sheds a lot it is actually starting to come away from the edges and you can see the stitching. I’m going to add pictures to this so you can see, and I also plan on contacting the company itself and not just as a review.

The picture of the rug I ordered is bright orange, almost red. This color was consistently rendered on several screen as a vibrant tone of orange. This is the main reason I picked it. The rug I received is instead brown, not orange at all. I wanted to escape the current depressing trend of dull colors but alas it is impossible. I am livid.

Pretty disappointed that I ordered a standard 9x12 rug to fit a very specific space, and received one that's 8'6.5" x 12, instead. I wrote to AllModern and was offered a 10% discount, which doesn't really cut it. I've now had the rug for two months, and it's still shedding fibers daily. Would not recommend.
