Danette Rust Hand-Loomed Wool Rug

The rug was exactly as described except it had a flaw in the weave. Unfortunate, because the quality is very good and "in person" the rich warm autumn colors are beautiful. I phoned customer service and described the problem. They offered 3 solutions. If the flaw was tolerable I could have a discount (approx 25%). Or, they would issue a full refund. Or, they would replace the rug. I chose replacement and three days later Fedex picked up the first rug and delivered the replacement the same day - at no cost to me. It's flawless. Only giving it 4 stars because of the issue and slight delay. However, with customer service's follow-up, I should probably give them a 5.

I was quite was disappointed by the color of the runner I purchased. I expected a much brighter orange and the color on the picture definitely did not correspond to the color of the actual product. . Although it was described as rust ,It turned out to be much darker than the picture you showed in your ad . I have no complaints about the quality, as a matter of fact, it is of better than expected and feelscomfortable under foot.

Really nice rug. The color is a bit more brown than I was expecting -the photos make it look a bit more orange than it is. This color variation is why I gave 4 stars. The darker designs are a royal blue. The rug also had no odor out of the bag, which is really nice.

Really like the color and design. Goes well with my blue couch and pine wood floor. It does shead a lot with no signs of stopping.

Stunning, feels great underfoot, transforms what was a drab hallway. Perfect!
