Delivery was a disaster. I realized that my rug was being shipped to an address in California that I haven’t lived in for over 10 years. Customer service was unable to help me change the delivery address even though I contacted them a week before delivery. I never got my rug so I’m filing for a refund and buying elsewhere

Ummmmmmmm, this looks like a silk screen on a rough t shirt. The design is pretty, but it’s just a print on a cheap piece of fabric. Maybe that should be in the description? Since we opened it - and it will be impossible to ship back- I just gave it to my daughter for her college apartment. Save your money

I got the 9x12 version of this rug. Just a heads up, the design is simply printed on the rug. It is a flat weave. With an added rug pad it is nice and squishy and doesn't slide around. However, I've had this rug for 7 months now and it has already snagged in one area. Because the design is printed, the individual thread that came up is quite noticeable because there is no longer a design there. While this is a beautiful affordable rug, just be aware of what you're sacrificing in terms of quality.
