Pressure-Balanced Complete Shower System with 10-Inch Rain Shower Head, Handheld, Rough-in Valve

Very sleek and pretty fixture; however, I returned it because the rough-in valve is enormous and we didn't think it would fit into our wall space. No dimensions for this piece were included in the item description. If I'd been able to see how large it was, I would never have ordered this.

Overall we have been really happy with this shower over the past year and a half. The only negative comment is, the hard water stains are tricky to clean from the backplate of handle.

Disappointed with both the quality of the product I purchased and the lack of support I’ve received so far. After only six months of normal use, the paint on my fixture has begun peeling. This is clearly a product defect—not normal wear and tear—and completely unacceptable. I have already attempted to resolve this through your customer service team and was met with no meaningful assistance.
