It arrived covered in mold. Didn't have a chance to return until 35 days after arrival. Took an hour to get a return label. Was told by multiple people we would be able to return.

Quality seems great so far! I wish the curved bed maybe wasn’t curved so much so it would be a little more comfortable. Unfortunately my cat doesn’t seem to love it as much as her old, not so pretty tower lol
