Hollin Dining Chair (Set of 2)

Do not buy. They look like they could be beautiful but I'll never know since they were never assembled. These chairs are so poorly packaged. The wood backs and legs came chipped, scratched and dented, TWICE!

My third purchase from AllModern. I'm less pleased with this purchase than the others. The directions in the box were terrible. I question the long-term durability of these chairs. I don't love the seating position. They look pretty cool though.

I didnt realize when purchasing this item that the max weight was 220lbs. My husband (250 lbs) sat on it and it and it made a cracking noise and the cushion popped off. We re-anchored the cushion but now im worried its not going to work for us. The chairs look great the cushion is not soft and makes a crinkly noise, it doesnt appear to be of great quality. One chair came scratched, and they offered to send a replacement part... I dont want to take the chair apart once its put together! We will see what their response is.

I guess I'd really say 3.5. The shape is nice. Easy to assemble. However the veneer is very thin and fragile. It's already got a chip and peel spot on the back. I'll have to try to glue it and then handle the chairs as fragile.

Nice looking chairs, very simple but very awkward for one person to put together. I’d suggest two people to help hold pieces in place. Seem to be made for taller people, as the space between the back rest and the front of the seat is quite long.
