Very luxurious chaise lounge! This lounge chair is just like stepping into an all inclusive resort. It’s so heavy duty and well made. The frame is very sturdy and powder coated. The whole chaise lounge comes very well packaged. That being said it does scratch easy on rougher surfaces. So it’s good to assemble this on a soft flat surface. Assembling this is easy until you get to the wheels. The wheels are put together using a long spacer. I could never get my screws to screw into the frame with those added spacers no matter what way I tried so I had to leave the spacer out. And it works just fine without it. This also comes with extra hardware like screws and alan wrenches. The parts are pretty straightforward. And there aren’t a lot of pieces that need to be screwed into. The padding for this chaise lounge is very thick and comfortable to sit or lay on it’s very well made. It comes with Velcro ties to adhere it to the chair. It also comes with a tag to Velcro to the chaise lounge back to help raise it up and down. On the underside of this lounge chair there are some very well built slats for a more sturdy stronger seat. Which slow it to hold a lot of weight. Also the lounge chair back rest raises up with a notched system that just slides into place with ease. Making this very easy to adjust. First of all, we bought two chairs (similar to this) a few years ago. Last year one of them broke when someone sat on it, which was disappointing because it was such an expensive chair. We were also disappointed there was no warranty for the price. Anyway, this spring I ordered this chair to replace the broken one. I ordered black so the two chairs could match as close as possible. We waited weeks for the chair, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong color. So we sent it back and asked for the color we ordered. We waited for weeks again. The chair finally arrived and it was the wrong color again. So we sent it back again. Now we are waiting for weeks again. I hope when it comes, it will be the right color. But it is also a drag that we ordered this in plenty of time to have it by our pool this summer and whenever we get it , the summer will be half over. I wouldn’t complain so much if the item wasn’t so pricey. I feel like- for this price, we should be able to expect a higher level of service.
