I purchased the sofa and loveseat. They are beautiful, sleek and modern. Everyone says they're chic and sophisticated. Why the 3 stars...no instructions..only QV code, which means you can read 3 words at a time on your phone. Also, only half the hardware came with the 2 sofas. It took 6 weeks, 6 communications with customer service, and 5 missed delivery dates. We almost told them to take everything back. We finally got them today. Was very frustrating.
