After almost one year, this table is holding up well. The first table delivered was damaged and after sending photos, AllModern helped with replacement impressively fast. The table that I received was not exactly the same as that in the image of the product page -- the table I received has much more rounded corners with curved overall shape than the more rectangle shape. Having said that, it is holding up well in the Pacific NW rain -- I keep it covered. The edges can dent easily if you bang it with chairs when pushing the chairs in. Excellent design, looks and functions great. Very convenient - relatively small in "collapsed" state and pretty large when expanded. Extension works flawlessly. Kind of contemporary without any compromises for functionality. Overall pretty good table. On a negative side (minus one star) it's crazy expensive and one plank in the extension leaf had some red stains upon arrival. AllModern took great care of the situation with the stain blemish..
